ej's voice over journey
My journey into the world art of Voice Over. I've begun learning how to use my voice to entertain and inform listeners. Since I just started I might as well use my voice to inform others of my path. Who knows, what I have to say may help someone else interested in this art avoid mistakes and have a smoother entry.

*Episode 4: Thinks are picking up
**Introduction:**
- [Host Introduction]
- Hello, ej here, and welcome to ej’s voice cast the show that takes you on my journey of becoming a voice over artist.
**Opening Segment:**
- [Hook or interesting fact related to the topic]
- So it's the end of January and the past week I'm starting to see an up tick in the number of auditions being posted.
**Transition to Main Content:**
**Main Content:**
- [Segment 1: Topic Introduction]
I've posted up between 15 and 20 auditions this week since Tuesday. I've had some really interesting ones and a couple that didn't peak my interest and a few that were closed before I could get them.
A couple of political ads that I couldn't get a good read on the candidate so I didn't bother with them.
I kind of feel that if I'm having issues deciding on whether or not I would personally support this person then I probably don't want to read an ad designed for them to get elected.
That's just me.
Those 2 shortlists are still out there with "deciding" as the status.
So onward with my quest.
In order to get more practice and work on my Japanese language skills I publish another podcast in Japanese.
If you have an itch to learn a foreign language then I recommend you do the same. It gets your voice out there, lets you practice the language and you can have fun with it.
Make sure you ask for feedback on both content and language proficiency.
-[Segment 2: Indie Dev meetup]
I mentioned before that I joined a group on meetup that is game centric. I missed the last meetup, work was brutal and had a lot of stuff to take care of.
Unfortunate for me but hopefully this month, February, I'll be able to attend with nothing getting in the way.
