**[Podcast Title]**

ej’s voice cast [TK episode number 10 / episode title ]

**Introduction:**

Hello, ej here, and welcome to ej’s voice cast, the podcast that takes you on my journey of becoming a voice over artist.

**Opening Segment:**

[TK Hook or interesting fact related to the topic]

**Transition to Main Content:**

**Main Content:**

- [Segment 1: what’s been happening ]

My last posting spoke of my upcoming class. I took it, with Chris Grant, and got a lot of good feedback. I plan to use it going forward but the auditions are coming in later now due to the US being on daylight savings time. Before I could get up and have several in the queue and run those auditions but now I’m at work and seeing them post.

**Transitions:**

- [Segment 2: what I got out of the class ]

- [TK Transition to personal story or example Phrase]

As far as what was laid out in the course Chris prompted us to use our entire bodies when speaking, something we all normally do but for some reason stop when we shouldn’t. Pay attention to the copy and use the rule of threes to break up the sentence and read it.

I found there’s kind of a natural pace of sentences that allow you to do that; however, some copy is just written poorly with words that cause you to trip over them when trying to get the flow of the read and deliver what is asked for. I try to break up copies into paragraphs so it’s easier to read. However my brain is  a slave to punctuation and grammar so I tend to read as I see it and incorporate commas and semicolons etc… which can break the flow of the read.

- [Segment 3: Next class]

My next class is with Austen Moret and this is the animation course I mentioned earlier. Really looking forward to this. I haven’t done any research on who does training for accents and character creation but I’m sure there’s help out there.

I’ll know more after some research and then the course.

- [Segment 3: ideas ]

While riding my MC the other day on an errand I was about 10 minutes from home when I realized I could have recorded this podcast while on the bike. So that’s a future idea I must incorporate. I can probably make it and drop on youtube as well as post the audio. You get to see some visuals of Japan. I gotta work on camera though, I wasn’t out that long but it burned through the battery pretty quick in my opinion. I will have to adjust it from 5k to 4k and see how much that saves.

**Personal Story or Example:**

- [TK Share a personal story or example]

I’ve been doing Vlogging when the weather is nice and right now it’s warm, unfortunately it’s a bit into the rainy season. I’ve got some past videos up already on my youtube channel, “Two Wheel Traveling”. You can find it at linktr.ee/ericrjones.

**Expert Insight or Quote:**

- [TK Include an expert insight or quote Share wisdom or perspective from an expert in the field.]

**Transition to Conclusion:**

That about finishes this episode

- [Summary of Key Points]

[TK Summarize the main takeaways from the episode.]
